Light & Shadow

I'm a photographer based in Portland, Oregon, working across documentary, portrait, and landscape. My approach is slow and observational — I wait for the light to settle, for people to forget the camera is there.

My work has appeared in National Geographic, The New York Times, and LensCulture. I'm currently working on a long-term project documenting small independent bookstores across the American West.
